- Damaged in shipping? Refuse the parcel at delivery. Then fill in the complaint form within 24 hours.
- Manufacturing defect? You can request a replacement within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging, with tags, labels and freebies included. Proof of purchase is required.
- Used, opened or hygiene-related items, fragile items and gift cards can't be returned.
- Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items, and only for the same product.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
